By accessing or using the Tube2Sheet website (https://www.tube2sheet.com) or the Tube2Sheet Google Sheets Add-on (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

Tube2Sheet is operated by Hauke Henning Selke.
Tube2Sheet is a Google Sheets add-on that allows users to fetch data from third-party APIs, including but not limited to YouTube Data API and YouTube Analytics API.
3.1. Tube2Sheet offers both free and premium pricing models:
3.2. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
3.3. All fees displayed for Tube2Sheet services include value added tax (VAT) where applicable. The price you see is the final price you will pay.
3.4. While our displayed prices include VAT, you shall be responsible for payment of any other applicable taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities not covered by the included VAT.
3.5. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis.
3.6. Tube2Sheet reserves the right to change, modify, or remove features offered in Pro subscriptions at any point in time. Such changes may be made to ensure the stability of our service, for security reasons, or for other operational needs. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of any significant changes to Pro subscription features.
3.7. Trial Period: We offer a one-week trial period for new Pro subscriptions. During this trial period, you can cancel your subscription without being billed. If you do not cancel before the end of the trial period, you will be billed for the subscription at the end of the trial.
3.8. Subscription Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through the user interface within the Google Sheets add-on or by contacting us at support@tube2sheet.com. It is not necessary to provide any reason for cancelling a subscription. If you cancel your subscription, it will remain effective until the end of the current billing term, and you will continue to have access to pro service features until that date.
3.9. Order Mistakes: If you believe you have made a mistake with your order, please contact our customer support team at support@tube2sheet.com. We will assist you in resolving any issues related to your order, including corrections or adjustments as necessary.
4.1. General Policy: As the service is provided immediately upon subscription and the trial period allows for evaluation of the service, we generally do not offer refunds for subscription fees paid.
4.2. Exceptional Circumstances: We may consider refunds in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion. Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to:

4.4. Processing of Refunds: If a refund is approved, it will typically be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
4.5. Partial Refunds: In some cases, we may offer partial refunds or service credits instead of full refunds, depending on the circumstances and usage of the service.
4.6. Abuse Prevention: We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we detect any fraudulent activity or abuse of the refund policy.
5.1. Filing a Complaint: If you have any complaints or concerns about our service, please contact our customer support team at support@tube2sheet.com. We take all complaints seriously and will work diligently to address your concerns.
5.2. Resolution Timeline: We strive to resolve all complaints as quickly as possible. You can expect a resolution or a detailed response to your complaint within one week of submission. In many cases, we aim to resolve issues much sooner.
5.3. Complaint Process: When you submit a complaint, please provide as much relevant information as possible to help us understand and address the issue efficiently. Our support team will review your complaint and may contact you for additional information if necessary.
5.4. Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the initial resolution, you may request that your complaint be escalated to a senior member of our team for further review.
5.5. Continuous Improvement: We value your feedback and use it to improve our services. Your complaints and suggestions play a crucial role in helping us enhance the Tube2Sheet experience for all users.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tube2Sheet assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service; (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.
8.1. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an $quot;AS IS$quot; and $quot;AS AVAILABLE$quot; basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
8.2. Tube2Sheet relies on third-party services to provide its functionality. We cannot guarantee that these third-party services will always be available, functioning, or exist in the future. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of any significant changes that may affect the Service.
9.1. Tube2Sheet provides basic user support through a user forum and email support for users utilizing the free service. We will make reasonable efforts to address and respond to support requests in a timely manner, but we do not guarantee resolution of all issues through user help.
9.2. Users with Pro subscriptions receive priority in email support. We aim to offer more prompt assistance to Pro users compared to free service users.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes to these Terms. What constitutes a significant change will be determined at our sole discretion.
